Innovation in Search & Customer Service, powered by the Voice of the People (VOP)

ValiDeck is powered by a patented technology that will allow its account holders to participate in unlimited merchant loyalty programs without disclosing their personal and confidential information. The Token-based Loyalty Program will let ValiDeck users capture their endorsements and rejections of products, businesses, and services:

  • explicitly following a card/cash transaction (via a feedback form);
  • automatically, following a card/cash transaction record – e.g. when the user purchases the same product/visits the same service provider (e.g. doctor) repeatedly or discontinues purchasing a product / visiting the service provider; and
  • manually, without any transaction – e.g. when the user borrows a book from a friend.

Transaction records will drive the ValiDeck search engine and allow businesses to deliver superior customer service through market insights and merchant loyalty programs. The ValiDeck Rank or Voice of the People (VOP) will be a numerical score derived from the mathematical relationship between endorsements and rejections, Voice of the Customer (VOC), and Voice of the Expert (VOX).

A new user registers on the ValiDeck platform by generating a public/private key pair and submitting the public key to a trusted institution that already holds their verified identity record (for example, a bank or government agency). The institution attests the public key using its own KYC process and then returns the attested key to the user. The user then provides this attested key to ValiDeck, which issues a unique, privacy-preserving ValiDeck ID. This ID becomes the reference point for all future transactions and reviews, allowing users to remain completely anonymous while still being cryptographically verifiable within the ecosystem.

When a transaction is captured, the payment card issuer (bank) will only know the amount paid and the identity of the merchant. The card issuer will have no visibility on the transaction details. The ValiDeck platform will have visibility on the transaction details but will not know anything about the person responsible for the transaction. The only entity with full information about the transaction will be the cardholder. If a hacker managed to steal the transaction details from the ValiDeck platform, it would not get any information about the cardholder because that information was never captured on the platform.
